Sona Lysinel is a tablet containing 500mg of active L-Lysine. L-Lysine has been shown in studies to have a beneficial effect in accelerating recovery from herpes simplex infections, reducing the severity of the sores and suppressing their recurrence. Each pack contains a strong, 5 day course.
L-Lysine cannot be manufactured in the body. It is therefore vital that adequate amounts be included in the diet.

3000mg L-lysine per daily dose

Directions:
